George Mylonas President & CEO
George Mylonas has been President & CEO of Landstar Development Corporation (LDC) since its founding in 1996. He is a 30-year veteran in Calgary’s real-estate investment community and has additional involvements in philanthropy and the Greek Community both locally and nationally. Over the past 20 years, George has grown the Mylonas assets into a diversified and stable real estate portfolio by operating with patience and prioritizing cashflow, liquidity, and creative understanding of the real estate market and market needs. George has a strong interest and passion for efficient building design, construction methodology, and sustainability features. As President, George oversees overall corporate vision and strategy, and is primarily responsible for relationships with investors, financiers, and the broader Calgary real estate community.

Robert Moskovitz Executive Vice President, Development & Operations
Robert is a result-oriented real estate executive with 25 years of experience in real estate development and property management. He brings to LDC a broad experience and expertise in commercial, residential, and institutional real estate development, facilities administration, strategic planning, budgeting, and operational management. These include being Manager of Land Development for the City of Calgary and Director of Facilities for one of the large post-secondary institutions in Alberta. Robert brings a proven track record in leadership of people at all levels, problem solving, and a demonstrated success in executing large, complex real estate projects. Robert leads Landstar’s projects through concept design, approval and development processes, construction, and commissioning.

Shelleyanne Hall Vice President, Strategic Services
Shelleyanne has been with Landstar Development Corporation since 2003, where she has been responsible for all finance and accounting functions. Shelleyanne has been actively involved in Calgary’s real estate community since 1987, beginning her career with Congress Resources Inc. and later joining Northern Residential Management Services Ltd. Shelleyanne oversees Landstar’s strategic initiatives, planning, execution, capital planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Ellen Zhang Controller
Ellen is managing and coordinating accounting operational functions and monitoring budget vs actual variance reports at Landstar Development Corporation. She also plays an integral role maintaining financial reports, tracking sales, and overseeing project expenses. Ellen received her CPA designation in 2016. Prior to joining Landstar, Ellen worked across industries including within the oil & gas sector and for a national accounting practice. She joins our team with a wealth of experience in cost management, financial analysis, tax treatment and property account management.

Warren Knetsch
FinancE STRATEGIC ADVISOR
Warren has over 25 years’ experience managing and financing
real estate development projects throughout Western Canada. Warren has many
years experience as an underwriter and account manager with conventional
national lenders, mezzanine, and equity lenders and as an independent
commercial mortgage broker (MCAP, CIBC Mortgages Inc., Laurentian Bank of
Canada, and CareVest Capital Inc.). Warren has structured debt and equity
programs for all real estate asset classes, including subdivision development,
multi-family development, single-family builders’ lines, inventory financing
and hospitality financing. As a development manager and development consultant,
Warren provided project management, market analysis, feasibility analysis,
investor, and debt structuring, proforma creation and analysis and ongoing
development and funding supervision on a wide variety of real estate projects.

J.D. Lewis Vice President, Finance
J.D. has over a decade of experience in real estate development, real estate financing and investor relations. J.D. is active in executing Landstar’s acquisition strategy, managing relationships with equity and financial partners, and sourcing opportunities for capital allocation. Prior to joining Landstar, J.D. held successive roles as Vice President, Financial Analysis and Director of Finance with two Calgary based real estate investment firms, where he played a key role in assisting real estate companies with capital raising and financial management. He has played a key role in raising over $1 billion in equity and debt capital for energy and real estate related ventures.

Olga Zaporoshchenko Coordinator of Property Management
Olga is the newest member of the Landstar team and is responsible for the day-to-day property management and tenant relationships for residential and commercial properties. Olga graduated University of Calgary with a Bachelor of International Relations in 2018 and brings previous administrative and customer care experience to the team. Besides her work as a coordinator of property management, Olga is often involved in assisting with various legal matters, graphic design, marketing, external communications, and event planning activities for the company, as well as working towards pursuing further education in the real estate field.
