Over the past decade, Landstar has created an assemblage of 8 single family houses along 17th Avenue and 10th Street NW. Located in the inner-city neighborhood of Mt. Pleasant, this site is just one block away from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and in close proximity to the University of Calgary (UofC). The centrally located site represents over 41,000 sq. ft. of assembly and is slated for development in the near future.
